Kevin Windram is a Director in the Edinburgh office. Kevin set up LWC Accountants LLp in August 1998 and sold the firm to Tenon in June 2007 becoming Director of Corporate Finance. Kevin is responsible for delivering a full range of Corporate Finance services to clients across Scotland.

John Daly

John is responsible for the North West corporate finance team, operating out of Manchester and Chorley. His areas of expertise are disposals, flotations, acquisitions, due diligence and business exit grooming.

After training with Arthur Andersen, John joined Lathams in 1995 as Business Advisory Partner, specialising in transaction work and strategic business grooming advice, prior to the acquisition by Tenon in 2001.

Paul Bevan

Paul is Head of Corporate Finance for the East Midlands. He joined the firm in November 1999, having already established himself as a well renowned funder whilst at the Natwest group.

Paul is a seasoned Deal Maker and his extensive transaction experience is regarded highly by both clients and the professional community. He has an enviable track record of success and advises on both acquisitions and exits.

Julian Clough

Julian established the transaction services team in Nottingham in 2001 and now heads the team in the North and in the Midlands. He specialises in providing investigative services and listing advice to high growth businesses and funders.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand where he gained wide-ranging advisory and commercial experience including a secondment to a senior financial position with Pepsi Cola in Eastern Europe.

Julian became a partner at BDO Stoy Hayward in 1998, prior to its acquisition by Tenon in 2001.

Robert Kidson

Robert Kidson has recently joined as Corporate Finance Director in the London office. Robert brings with him a significant amount of knowledge and experience, his most recent role having been at Smith & Williamson where he spent 15 years, 5 of which were as Head of Corporate Finance. Whilst his breadth of knowledge is wide-ranging, Robert’s knowledge is coupled with a strong reputation in the media sector where he has experience of mergers and acquisitions, AIM listed companies and fund raising. Robert will perform the role of Lead Advisor which further builds on the Transaction Services offering that was launched in London in September 2007

Lee Castledine

Lee joined the firm in 2007 in order to establish and build Tenon’s Transaction Services activities in London. Lee has a broad range of expertise from almost ten years of due diligence work specialising in the private equity arena.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant with PKF in 1998, Lee joined Arthur Andersen and shortly afterwards helped to launch a mid market private equity transaction services team.

Since this time, and following the transition to Deloitte in 2002, Lee has led a broad range of due diligence assignments across numerous sectors and geographies in the mid market sector and above. Transaction experience includes acquisition due diligence, sell side vendor due diligence together with reporting accountant roles on both AIM and full list flotations.

Stewart Lambert

Stewart joined Tenon Corporate Finance's Southampton office after a highly successful four years at Europe’s largest private equity investor, 3i plc. At 3i, Stewart was involved in transactions ranging from start-ups through to IBOs across a broad range of industry sectors. Stewart has 10 years corporate finance experience gained at a mid cap plc, 3i and Tenon.

Stewart’s most recent successes include the £4m MBO of Travelclass, a school travel specialist, £16m disposal of Octec Ltd, a supplier of video trackers to Radstone Technology plc and the raising of £2.5m of development capital for High Integrity Solution, a software tools developer.

Peter Vandervelde

Peter joined Tenon Corporate Finance in 2005 to lead the South's due diligence team. Before that he had worked in the deal environment for 10 years, including heading up the Transaction Services business for PwC in Reading and Southampton.

While Peter's experience is broadly based he has specialist knowledge in the travel, insurance broking, technology and defence sectors. He has been involved in a range of transactions and services supporting financial institutions and corporates, and worked with international corporate organisations, as well as owner managed companies.

David McClelland

David holds a Natural Science degree from Strathclyde University and an MBA from Cass, City University Business School in addition to his executive education at Henley Management College.

In an initial 20-year corporate career, David held senior level and international commercial management posts with European, US and Japanese organisations where he was engaged in a series of sales, marketing and business positioning activities, including corporate M&A. His 10-year consulting background has included appointments with both Big-4 firms and strategy boutiques as an advisor to top tier private equity funds, leading banks and corporates.

Active across the fields of business and market intelligence for the purposes of commercial due diligence and business strategy formulation and review, he has extensive experience across a wide range of business sectors. David has advised on a varied bandwidth of large and small cap transactions in the UK, Continent of Europe and North America.
